1. Thank you for your visit. Your order will be delivered to you by courier service. Before you place an order, you need to become member first and provide us the delivery address and email which is necessary during the ordering process.
2. Your order delivery date is based on the availability of our product and normally it is within one week or one month for the pre-order item(s). We can delivery to you by SF express (for China, Hong Kong or Macao customer) or Fedex (for international customer). You also can collect your order directly in our shop.
3. Any order delivered to your valid address will be provided a postal tracking number by email. Please make enquiry to your local courier's office or website for the delivery status. There are some reasons of your order delay on delivery. It may due to customs inspection, the weather or incomplete address. Please allow one week for the delivery period. Please provide us your order number and your contract information and we will reply you at soonest.
4. Please note that there are restrictions on certain order shipped to some country like China or Taiwan. You will be notified by e-mail after you have placed your order if we are unable to ship your order to the address you have given.
5. We accept Visa, Master and PayPal only. The delivery charges of your order payment should be settle before delivery. The shipping charges of each order in one delivery address is calculated by the weight and the country of your shipping address. If you need to delivery to difference address, you have to pay the other delivery charges for that shipment.
6. We are not be liable for any loss or delay due to incorrect or invalid information supplied to us. We shall also not be liable for carriers’ delay or damage in transit.
