Delivery Information


1.    Your order will be delivered by courier service. You need to become member and login first and provide us the delivery address, email which is necessary during the ordering process.


2.   Your order delivery date is based on the availability of our product and normally it is within few days or one month for the pre-order item(s).  We can delivery to you by SF express (for China, Hong Kong or Macao customer) or Fedex (for international customer).  You also can collect your order directly in our office. 

 

3.     Any order delivered to your valid address and will be provided you a postal tracking number by email.  Please make enquiry to your local courier's office or website for the delivery status. Please notes that there are some reasons like customs inspection, the weather or incomplete address,  your order delivery will be delay. Please allow two to three days for the delivery period.  For the detail order status and tracking information, your can contact us and provide us your order number and contract information by e-mail at esales@theskywork.com.

 

4.     Please note that there are restrictions on shipped to some country like China. You will be notified by e-mail after you have placed your order if we are unable to ship your order to the address you have given.

 

5.    The shipping charges of each order in one delivery address is calculated by the weight and the country of your shipping address. Please email us for your special delivery arrangement.

 

6.      We are not be liable for any loss or delay due to incorrect or invalid information provided to us. 


7.  if you find your order package or goods is damaged, Please inform us and keep the shipping package for filing a claim.
